At Daytona Helmets, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit and style for your ride. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your helmet within 30 days of delivery provided it is in new, unworn condition with all original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the helmet back in its original protective bag and box, ensuring all tags are attached and the protective film is still on the visor.
Ship the Item
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our safety team inspects the helmet to confirm it is in original condition, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
